April Monthly Meeting: our rivers

We are delighted to welcome Keith Hendry as our speaker at this month's meeting, where he will be sharing his insights on a topic that has never felt more urgent, water quality in our local rivers. Following Channel 4's eye-opening documentary Dirty Business, which shone a national spotlight on the shocking state of Britain's waterways, Keith will be exploring what this means closer to home and how the health of our local rivers affects our community, wildlife, and environment.

He's going to help us to raise awareness of the need for our waterside communities to voice their ambition for what they wish to see achieved with their water bills and taxes.

This really is a topic we should all be talking about.
