We aim to hold three Repair Cafes each year, alternating between Wilmslow and Handforth.

We repair small electricals, clothing and textiles, furniture and wooden items, jewellery, bikes and general repairs.  We also offer computer advice and advise on saving energy in the home.

Get in touch if you are a volunteer repairer (small electrics, bikes, furniture, knitting, textiles etc) or if you can help in the Café or by donating homemade cakes and biscuits.

Repairs are free, but we are grateful for donations to support the venue and our insurance.

​

We are part of the International Repair Café Foundation, and every item we repair is one less item in landfill.

​​5th July at St Chad's, Handforth between 10am and 1pm - last repair accepted at 12.30pm

1st November at Wilmslow URC between 10am and 1pm - last repair accepted at 12.30pm

We also have a calculation where we can estimate the amount of CO2 saved by completing a repair, rather than the item going to landfill.
